Article 1. Virtual Items
- Lady Cleodelia's Auction House is to be used only for
selling and trading virtual items from the game GemStone III.
The currency used for purchasing these items is game currency
(silvers). Under no circumstances will real world money or
items be used to purchase items at this auction.
Article 2. Lady Cleodelia's Auction House is only
providing auction services - We only provide services to
people interested in selling/buying game items via internet
auction. We do not have control over the items that are posted
in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and
quality of a said item. We are not responsible for the actions
the sellers take before, during, or after the auction,
typographical errors, misprints, loss of items/money, damage
or failure of equipment due to your visit to this auction
site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is
presented 'As-Is'.
Article 3. Selling - As a user, you may sell items
over Lady Cleodelia's Auction House. As a seller, the item
that you place up for bid must be in your possession. For
auctions, once a bid has been placed for your item, you are
being placed in a contract with the potential buyer of the
product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the
auction is over you are obligated to sell to the potential
buyer which is the highest bidder in your auction.
Article 4. Bidding - As a user, you may bid on
auctions. As a buyer, you know that placing a bid or making an
offer is a contract with you and the seller, and the bid/offer
cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of
typographical or other error due to human error on the
seller's part. Once you place a bid or offer, and if you win,
you will be obligated to buy the item at the said price you
indicated as your bid or offer.
Article 5. Posting Items - As a user, you are
welcome to post items up for sale in the Lady Cleodelia's
Auction House. As long as the item exists in the game, we do
have restrictions on what items you may or may not sell or
trade. All items are subject to review by the staff ofLady
Cleodelia's Auction House, and may be removed without prior
notice.
Article 6. Charges - Bidding on an item, posting an
item and registering are free on this server. Do not abuse
this privilege.
Article 7. Privacy - We gather your information so
that other people will have it on hand when they win your
auction, or you win their auction. Personal information is not
sold or rented, without your permission. Personal information
sent to a user regarding an item bought or sold on the auction
is not to be used for any other purpose, except for
communication with the user.
Article 8. Warranty - Lady Cleodelia's Auction House
provide this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a
warranty or condition. The DiabloII.Net MarketPlace is not
liable for any losses resulting in an auction, or your visit
to the site.
Article 9. Account Use - Lady Cleodelia's Auction
House allows for only ONE account per person. Extra accounts
created by the same person will be deleted. If you need to
make changes to an already established account please login to
your personal auction page or contact Cleodelia, DO NOT create
a second account.
