- I sold an item and the buyer never picked it up, do I still have to pay the posting fees on this item?
If the person who won your item does not buy it or backs out from the auction you may get a refund of your posting fees. To get a refund of your fees simply relist the item and contact Lady Cleodelia with your Username, the name of the item, the final selling price of the item, and the link to the new listing for that item at the auction. You will then see a credit on your account for amount of the fees. We ask that you try to contact the buyer by IM/ICQ and email and wait at least 7-10 days before requesting a refund of fees. Some people do not logon to the internet or check their email daily.

- Can I use a second account or get my friends to bid on my items to raise the price?
This is a BIG no. It's what they call "Shill Bidding". Shill bidding is the deliberate placing of bids to artificially drive up the price of an item. This is also known as "bid padding" and is not allowed. If your friend sincerely intends to purchase your item, then her bids are certainly allowed. Bidding on your item for the sole purpose of inflating the final bid amount is forbidden. If you are found to be Shill bidding both account will be suspended. We will not put up with cheating and dishonesty and that is exactly what it is.

- Can I change the category my item is in? If so, How?
Yes and No.
You can't change the category if the item already has bids. This causes troubles with the bidding files.
You can, however, change categories if there have been no bids on your item. To do this you must delete the item from the wrong category and relist it in the correct one. To delete the item simplely go to the item page and click the [ Seller: Edit or Delete This Item ] link, select delete. Than you just have to repost your item again in the correct category.
