  1. Should I register again if all I want to do is change my email address?

    No! You should not register again. To change your email address only, login to Your Personal Auction Page and select Modify Your Profile.

  2. What if I submitted the registration form but didn't get a confirmation email with my password?

    If you didn't get your confirmation email and password, most likely you entered the wrong email address when you registered. Remember: Your confirmation email will only be sent to the email address you registered with. If this happen please contact Lady Cleodelia so it can be straightened out.

  3. What if I forget my Username?

    No problem. Just go to the Lost Username Page, enter the email address you used when you registered and it will be given to you.

  4. What if I forget my password?

    No problem. Just go to the Lost Password Page, enter your username and the email address you used when you registered and it will be emailed to you.

  5. Can I register another one of my characters to bid or sell also?

    No. We ask that every person register just once. This keeps everything fair. If we find that a person has registered twice we will delete both accounts.
