  1. What is Feedback?

    Feedback is the way you let other users know how you feel about your dealings with a particular user. A user's feedback is a key factor people use to determine whether or not they want to trade with that user. What feedback you give or receive is an important part of your trading reputation.

    We encourage users to give feedback for the auctions they are in. It lets others know the person they are dealing with is trustworthy or not. If you have a good sale or purchase an item from someone and it went well please leave them positive feedback.

    If you backout of an auction, either by refusing to sell or pickup an item you may receive negative feedback from the other person.

    Anyone who receives a high amount of negative feedback will be banned from the auction completely. Also, anyone who gives negative feedback with the sole purpose of harming another with no basis for it will be removed. Receiving negative feedback is NOT a reason to give it. Only if the seller or buyer has not held up his end of the deal may you give negative feedback.

  2. How do I leave feedback for someone else?

    There are two ways to leave feedback for other users:

    1. Click the link at the bottom of the email you got informing you you've won the item. This will take you to the feedback form for that person. Your username and item number for the item will be filled out, you will just need to fill in your feedback and password and click the "go" button on the side.

    2. You can go to Your Personal GS3 Auction Page and select either "Auction Items You've Sold" or "Auction Items You've Bought", depending on if you were the buyer or seller, and find the item.

    When you find the item you will see a "Leave Feedback" link on the right side of the item. Just click this link and it will take you to the feedback form with your username and item number filled out. Just fill in your feedback and password and click "go" on the side.

  3. What are those stars next to a persons name?

    Stars are awarded for achieving a particular Feedback rating.

    Feedback Stars:

    = User has a 10-50 positive feedback rating
    = User has a 51-100 positive feedback rating
    = User has a 101-250 positive feedback rating
    = User has a 251-500 positive feedback rating
    = User has a 501+ positive feedback rating

  4. I backed out of a sale and the other person gave me negative feedback, can I give them negative feedback to get back at them?

    Anyone who gives negative feedback with the sole purpose of harming another with no basis for it will be suspended from the auction house. Receiving negative feedback is NOT a reason to give it. Only if the seller or buyer has not held up his end of the deal may you give negative feedback.

  5. Someone just gave me negative feedback just because I gave it to them, but they are the ones that backed out. What can I do?

    If someone has given you negative feedback just to get back at you for leaving them some please Contact Lady Cleodelia with your username, the other person's username and the situation. This is against the rules and we will look in to it and try to correct the situation. If they are found to have indeed left false feedback their accounts can be suspended.
